Leaders Hall Registration - 2012

This is the form to register for the Leaders Hall. In order to ensure a delegate experience, attendee spaces are limited. The upcoming conference will held July 3 to 6, 2012, hosted at the University of Calgary & SAIT Polytechnic.

The conference fee is $525.00 per delegate. Early Bird registration fee is $475.00 per delegate if paid prior to May 25, 2012. The delegate fee includes all sessions, materials, meals and events.
